When submitting my organization’s proposal, do I need to submit both an electronic copy by email and a hard copy by regular post mail?

Origin and Vision of FSI

Established in 1998, the Foundation will provide its initial grants in two cycles: in mid-May with applications due no later than April 15 and in November with applications due no later than October 15. All proposals must be post marked by April 15 or October 15 (respectively) in order to be considered by the deadline of the funding cycle. Early submission is strongly recommended. Funding normally will be for one year.
